1. Privacy First Architecture

FXmans PRO is built on a decentralized data model. Unlike other journals, we do not store your trades, strategies, or images on our servers. All your data stays within your personal Google ecosystem.

2. Data Ownership

You own 100% of your data. The application serves only as a professional interface to visualize the data stored in your personal Google Drive.

3. Google Drive Permissions & Scopes

When you authorize FXmans PRO, the app only requests permission to create, read, and manage files specifically within its own ecosystem. We cannot access your personal photos, emails, or other private documents. You can revoke FXmans PRO's access to your Google Drive at any time through your Google Account Security settings.

4. Data Protection Mechanisms for Sensitive Data

FXmans PRO is built entirely on Google Apps Script and operates directly within the user's personal Google Drive environment. We do not have external databases, and we do not transfer, store, or process your sensitive Google Drive data on any third-party servers. All interactions with your Google Drive (creating files, reading files, uploading images) are strictly confined to your own authenticated Google account and are secured by Google's native HTTPS encryption. We do not sell, share, or expose your data to anyone.

5. Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use)

FXmans PRO's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Information We Collect

We only collect your email address via Whop for license verification. This email is never sold, shared, or used for spam.

7. Security

Since your data is stored on Google Drive, it is protected by Google’s world-class security. We strongly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your Google account.
